Founder's Note
"I love what I do — and it shows."
My name is Dorrian Ross and I am the founder of Destiny on the Move Outreach. I have a B.S. in Social Work and I am a certified Master's degreed educator, currently teaching for the School District of Philadelphia.
I always had a love for helping my community and pushing the youth — however, I never knew how it would all come together. I have been making an impact on youth since I was younger, and I never stopped. The only thing that changed was what I was actually capable of doing.
I went from volunteering, working for non-profits, and giving back, to owning my own non-profit organization and making an impact on the people I recruit. I won't drag this out. Simply put: I love what I do, and it shows.
